After dedicating over 20 years to the Contact Center Management industry, I’m honored to share this message as the CEO of Startek. Since our inception in January 2014, we’ve spent the past decade building a company grounded in strong values—allowing us to emerge as a leader in the industry through our unwavering dedication to client satisfaction, innovation, and excellence.

Over the past ten years, Startek has undergone tremendous growth and transformation. From humble beginnings with just five team members, we’ve scaled our operations to a global workforce of over 1,000 employees—fostering a culture of diversity, gender balance, and equality.

Today, we stand proud as a key player in the BPM (Business Process Management) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sectors.

With our global footprint expanding to the United States, the Philippines, and Dubai, one thing remains unchanged—our commitment to delivering outstanding client and customer service with transparency, integrity, and a client-first mindset.
